Exchange & Return Policy

Effective From: 1st July 2025

At Kevin Collin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that you have a smooth and confident shopping experience with us. Please review our updated policy regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that sizing issues may occur. That’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy under the following terms:

Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

  • Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable:
    All purchases are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Size Exchange Eligibility:
    You may request a size exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • For full-priced items: No courier charges will apply.

    • For sale or discounted items: A flat Rs. 250 shipping fee will be charged for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Customers must ship the original item back to us using any reputable courier service.

    2. Share a clear image of the courier receipt with our team on WhatsApp or Instagram.

    3. Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact, your exchange will be processed.

    4. The delivery and exchange process may take 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Proof of Purchase Required:
    You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or physical receipt) when requesting an exchange.

  • Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

    • Custom orders

    • Used or damaged items

    • Items without tags or original packaging

    • Articles purchased on sale without a valid reason

⚠️ Please note: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange unless there is a valid issue (e.g. wrong or defective item). If approved, the price difference will be applicable, and exchange time may be longer than usual.


INTERNATION ORDERS

Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
However, in the rare case of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Please take clear photos of the package and invoice before opening your parcel. Keep these until your order is verified to be accurate and intact.


RETURN / REFUND POLICY

  • No Returns:
    We do not accept returns for any product. Kindly refer to the exchange policy above if you experience any issues.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds are only applicable in the event that your desired article is unavailable or out of stock.

    • Refunds are not issued in cash.

    • A coupon/voucher equal to the paid amount will be provided, which can be used on your next purchase.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled before the order has been processed.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The exchange policy will apply from that point forward.

  • Kevin Collin reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Payment issues (e.g. declined transactions)
