Exchanges & Returns

At Kevin Collin, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We want you to shop with confidence, so please read our exchange and order policies carefully before placing an order.
NOTE: Minor Fault items are offered at special prices and are not eligible for Exchange or Return. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept these minor imperfections.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 4–7 working days.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Exchange Policy
At Kevin Collin, we stand behind the quality of our products. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do allow size exchanges only.
Exchanges are permitted for the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, you may select a different item of equal value.
Exchange Conditions
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition with tags intact
• Items must not be washed, dried, stained, or damaged
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• The exchange process takes 10–12 working days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• A single order can be exchanged only once — please check the size chart before ordering
Exchange Shipping Charges
• Full-priced items: Free exchange shipping
• Sale / discounted items: Rs. 250 exchange shipping fee
Custom order are non refundable and not exchangeable
Custom-Made Orders
All custom-made, made-to-measure, or altered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
These items can only be altered if possible.
Any alteration charges will be quoted by our team based on the work required.
Kevin Collin is not responsible if incorrect measurements are provided by the customer.
If measurements are changed after an order is placed or production has started, we will not be liable for fitting issues.
Exchange Process
• Contact us at +92 317 401 9929 with your order number and reason for exchange
• We will provide the return shipping address
• Send the item to the given address
IMPORTANT: Please include your name, contact number, and order number on the return package.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us at +92 317 401 9929 within 3 days of delivery along with clear pictures.
You will be offered a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Store Credit
We do not accept returns.
Only in the case of a verified quality issue, a store credit voucher will be issued.
The voucher will be valid for 90 days and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the issue is due to our error.
Important Notes
Sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before placing an order.
Kevin Collin is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by washing or drying
• Fading, bleeding, or shrinkage
• Fabric damage due to improper care
We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying.
If a returned item does not meet our exchange criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s cost.
International Orders
We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
In case of a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the package and invoice before opening.
Order Cancellations
Kevin Collin reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues
• Other unforeseen reasons
Paid orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
